Kim Tong


Kim Tong is a Vice President at Bank of America within the Small Business Banking Group. Kim works with small business clients with annual revenues between $500M and $5MM and provides various cash flow solutions to help with business growth. In addition to her day job, Kim is also the VP of Events of the Asian Leadership Network (ALN) at Bank of America.  Kim is a graduate of the University of New Mexico receiving her Bachelors of Marketing Management in Business Administration. As President, Kim’s goal is to help her local communities with professional improvement while serving on several non-profit organizational boards such as NAAAP and ALN and giving more back to the community thru volunteering. Christie Sithiphone


Christie Sithiphone is the Director of Programs for LEAD Atlanta, an intensive leadership development and community education program that aims to equip young professionals with the skills and the knowledge needed to be an effective leader committed to the common good. In this role, Christie is focused exclusively on planning LEAD Atlanta programs, facilitating the selections process and growing the LEAD Atlanta Alumni Association.

Outside of work, Christie is passionate about community service. In addition to her role as VP of Professional Development for NAAAP Atlanta, she serves as the Social and Cultural Chair for the Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals and is also a member of the Laotian American Society. When she’s not working or volunteering, Christie loves all things related to music, travel and food. As a self-proclaimed “Community Connector,” Christie enjoys making a positive impact in both business and social settings.

Christie attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and received her Bachelor of Science in Communications. Her hometown is Nashville, Tennessee.

Ruby Tang


Ruby Tang is a Sr. Government Services Account Manager for TEKsystems, the nation’s largest IT services and staffing provider supporting Fortune 500 Companies across the country. In this role, Ruby is focused on creating and executing strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients in federal/state government agencies.

Personally and professionally, Ruby is passionate about educating and impacting the minority community about social issues in Atlanta. Ruby serves as the Atlanta Multicultural Employee Resource Group lead for TEKsystems. She has also been an active member of NAAAP’s Atlanta chapter since 2012. Outside of work, Ruby enjoys concerts, local eateries and traveling. She is an Atlanta native, so if you need help getting around, she’s your go-to!

Ruby attended Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and minor in Hospitality Administration. As the VP of Member Relations, she hopes to grow and expand awareness within NAAAP and introduce new partners to the association.

Nisha Nguyen


Nisha Nguyen is a Project Manager at Noble Systems, a worldwide leader in contact center solutions. In this role, she manages implementations to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.

Nisha was raised in Nashville after she and her parents immigrated from Viet Nam when she was four years old. She received a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Auburn University and MBA from Georgia State University. In her spare time, Nisha enjoys traveling and experiencing various cultures and traditions. She also loves trying new foods and spending as much time as possible with friends and family.

As VP of Operational Marketing, Nisha hopes to raise awareness and strengthen NAAAP’s relationship with the Asian-American community in Atlanta.

Anqi Zou


Passionate about data science, inclusion & diversity, and professional development, Anqi currently supports Talent Development & Engagement at the Enterprise Data Office at Truist Bank, the sixth largest commercial bank in the US. She leads University Partnership for the Data & Analytics organizations, manages an early career talent program, supports Learning & Development, and hosts an internal forum to celebrate teammates’ successes. Prior to this role, Anqi had a career in Quantitative Analytics at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, across Corporate Treasury, Corporate Investments, and Risk Management.

Outside of work, Anqi enjoys volunteering through mentoring & career coaching, advocating for STEM education, and promoting Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Anqi has been a member of NAAAP Atlanta since 2017 and most recently served as the VP Finance for NAAAP Atlanta in 2019.  In her board position as the VP Community Relations, Anqi looks forward to continuing and expanding NAAAP Atlanta’s community presence in promoting our non-profits partners whose work supports the Atlanta Asian community.

Anqi graduated from Georgia Tech with a Masters in Computational Science & Engineering and obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.  She enjoys cooking and hosting potlucks where guests from all walks of life celebrate their similarities and differences over food.

Jacky Cheng



Jacky Cheng is an Analyst at SunTrust within the Commercial Real Estate Banking group. In his role, he is responsible for financial modeling, structuring, market analysis, and underwriting of commercial real estate loan origins, providing financial solutions to a wide variety of clients including real estate developers, investors, and operators. In addition to his day job, Jacky co-chairs SunTrust’s Asian American Teammate Network and is active in university recruiting at his alma mater, Georgia Tech.

Outside of work, Jacky is the President of the Georgia Tech Atlanta Intown Alumni Network and also serves on Georgia Tech’s Young Alumni Council. He is a 2017 graduate of the United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Volunteer Involvement Program. As the VP, National Liaison and Corporat Relations, Jacky plans to grow NAAAP Atlanta’s synergies with NAAAP National and explore new initiatives to better foster chapter relationships regionally and nationally.

Jacky graduated from the Georgia Tech Institute of Technology in 2017 with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering. An Atlanta native, he grew up in Roswell and enjoys hiking, traveling, and volunteering within his community.

Tiffany Sithiphone


Tiffany Sithiphone is a Senior Analyst at Turner within the Turner Sports Data Strategy and Insights group. In this role Tiffany is focused on understanding how consumers interact with NBA Digital properties including, the NBA App, and NBA League Pass.

Tiffany is passionate about diversity issues, especially as it relates to STEM. At Turner, she serves on the programming team for TurnerAsia. Outside of work, she is an active member of the National Society of Black Engineers where she currently serves on the Region III Advisory Board. When she is not analyzing data or volunteering, Tiffany enjoys traveling and exploring the city of Atlanta.

A Tennessee girl through and through, Tiffany was born and raised in Nashville and got her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Minhchieu Tran


Minhchieu is a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Heatherland Homes.

A first-generation college grad, Minhchieu received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Georgia State University.

Allen Chen


Allen Chen is a Vice President at Bank of America within the Co-Brand and Affinity Products Organization. Allen has over 13 years of experience in the Financial Services industry and currently manages the second largest Co-Brand/Affinity credit card portfolio at Bank of America. Outside of his day job at Bank of America, he manages a local chapter of an Asian-Focused Employee Resource Group and serves as a National Liaison for Bank of America to NAAAP. Allen is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, receiving his Bachelors in Business Administration.

As the current President and Chairman of the Board for NAAAP Atlanta, Allen firmly believes that NAAAP is the premier leadership organization of Asian American professionals. His vision is to bring the community together as a central voice to build upon the pillars in which are the foundation of NAAAP.
