Allen Chen is a Vice President at Bank of America within the Co-Brand and Affinity Products Organization. Allen has over 13 years of experience in the Financial Services industry and currently manages the second largest Co-Brand/Affinity credit card portfolio at Bank of America. Outside of his day job at Bank of America, he manages a local chapter of an Asian-Focused Employee Resource Group and serves as a National Liaison for Bank of America to NAAAP. Allen is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, receiving his Bachelors in Business Administration.

As the current President and Chairman of the Board for NAAAP Atlanta, Allen firmly believes that NAAAP is the premier leadership organization of Asian American professionals. His vision is to bring the community together as a central voice to build upon the pillars in which are the foundation of NAAAP.

Ming Zhou is a Realtor with Keller Williams’ Atlanta Perimeter office. Ming specializes in assisting home buyers and sellers in the metro Atlanta area. He finds joy in assisting first time homebuyers find their dream homes, helping them save money, and also navigating them through the complex home buying process. Ming has over six years of experience in the real estate industry and is an avid real estate investor himself as well. Ming’s passion is to create passive income through real estate investing to support his dream of traveling the world.

Ming has been a certified volunteer member with Tzu Chi Buddhist Foundation, an international air relief and charity organization, for 11 years. He currently assists and provides support to the Tzu Ching Collegiate Association chapters at Emory and Georgia Tech.

As VP of membership at NAAAP, Ming firmly believes in building a strong community network for young professionals and especially Asian professionals. His vision is to unite communities with resources to cultivate more leaders and talented individuals.

Christie Sithiphone is the Director of Programs for LEAD Atlanta, an intensive leadership development and community education program that aims to equip young professionals with the skills and the knowledge needed to be an effective leader committed to the common good. In this role, Christie is focused exclusively on planning LEAD Atlanta programs, facilitating the selections process and growing the LEAD Atlanta Alumni Association.

Outside of work, Christie is passionate about community service. In addition to her role as VP of Professional Development for NAAAP Atlanta, she serves as the Social and Cultural Chair for the Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals and is also a member of the Laotian American Society. When she’s not working or volunteering, Christie loves all things related to music, travel and food. As a self-proclaimed “Community Connector,” Christie enjoys making a positive impact in both business and social settings.

Christie attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and received her Bachelor of Science in Communications. Her hometown is Nashville, Tennessee.

Bonnies PicBonnie Banks



Bonnie Banks is Manager of Technical Services with Enterprise Information Solutions with McKesson. She has more than 21+ years of experience with McKesson, an organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions and providing capabilities extending beyond Healthcare IT. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Her professional certifications include McKesson Leadership School 2016, Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt, Graduate of Women in Technology Leadership program at Emory University of Continuing Education. Bonnie is currently on the board on many Employee Resource Groups as VP Community Relations, Director of Professional and Career Development and Vice President of Public Relations.

When Bonnie is away from work, she cares for her rescued animals – parrots and miniature dogs. She loves food, travel and considers herself a “Foodie” as well as a “Food Connoisseur”. She is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers at several organizations such as Atlanta Food Bank, DeKalb County Animal Shelter, Medshare, Red Cross, and Open Hands to name a few.

She wants to continue to give back and make an impact with her tenure as VP of Community Relations with NAAAP.

Ruby Tang



Ruby Tang is a Sr. Government Services Account Manager for TEKsystems, the nation’s largest IT services and staffing provider supporting Fortune 500 Companies across the country. In this role, Ruby is focused on creating and executing strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients in federal/state government agencies.

Personally and professionally, Ruby is passionate about educating and impacting the minority community about social issues in Atlanta. Ruby serves as the Atlanta Multicultural Employee Resource Group lead for TEKsystems. She has also been an active member of NAAAP’s Atlanta chapter since 2012. Outside of work, Ruby enjoys concerts, local eateries and traveling. She is an Atlanta native, so if you need help getting around, she’s your go-to!

Ruby attended Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and minor in Hospitality Administration. As the VP of Networking Development, she hopes to grow and expand awareness within NAAAP and introduce new partners to the association.

Kim Tong



Kim Tong is a Vice President at Bank of America within the Small Business Banking Group. Kim works with small business clients with annual revenues between $500M and $5MM and provides various cash flow solutions to help with business growth. In addition to her day job, Kim is also the VP of Events of the Asian Leadership Network (ALN) at Bank of America.  Kim is a graduate of the University of New Mexico receiving her Bachelors of Marketing Management in Business Administration.

As the VP of Corporate Relations, Kim’s goal is to help her local communities with professional improvement while serving on several non-profit organizational boards such as NAAAP and ALN and giving more back to the community thru volunteering.

Tiffany Sithiphone



Tiffany Sithiphone is a Senior Analyst at Turner within the Turner Sports Data Strategy and Insights group. In this role Tiffany is focused on understanding how consumers interact with NBA Digital properties including NBA.com, the NBA App, and NBA League Pass.

Tiffany is passionate about diversity issues, especially as it relates to STEM. At Turner, she serves on the programming team for TurnerAsia. Outside of work, she is an active member of the National Society of Black Engineers where she currently serves on the Region III Advisory Board. When she is not analyzing data or volunteering, Tiffany enjoys traveling and exploring the city of Atlanta.

A Tennessee girl through and through, Tiffany was born and raised in Nashville and got her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Anqi Zou



Anqi Zou is a Vice President – Quantitative Analytics Consultant at Wells Fargo. With over five years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Anqi has had multiple roles within Corporate Treasury, Corporate Investments, and now Corporate Risk Management.

Outside of work, Anqi is an active volunteer in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, STEM Education, and Professional Development. She completed the Volunteer Involvement Program (VIP), a 10-week training program to increase diverse volunteer participation in nonprofit board, with United Way of Greater Atlanta and is a 2016 Presidential Volunteer Award recipient. As the VP of Finance, Anqi aims to manage and support all financial activities for the chapter in an accurate and timely manner.

Anqi graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with an M.S. in Computational Science & Engineering and obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University, double major in Mathematical Business and Computer Science. She enjoys cooking and hosting potlucks where guests from all walks of life celebrate their similarities and differences over food. Anqi is originally from Beijing, China and currently resides in Midtown with her husband Craig and their dogs, Edison and Marco.

Jacky Cheng



Jacky Cheng is an Analyst at SunTrust within the Commercial Real Estate Banking group. In his role, he is responsible for financial modeling, structuring, market analysis, and underwriting of commercial real estate loan originations, providing financial solutions to a wide variety of clients including real estate developers, investors, and operators. In addition to his day job, Jacky co-chairs SunTrust’s Asian American Teammate Network and is active in university recruiting at his alma mater, Georgia Tech.

Outside of work, Jacky is the President of the Georgia Tech Atlanta Intown Alumni Network and also serves on Georgia Tech’s Young Alumni Council. He is a 2017 graduate of the United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Volunteer Involvement Program. As the VP National Liaison, Jacky plans to grow NAAAP Atlanta’s synergies with NAAAP National and explore new initiatives to better foster chapter relationships regionally and nationally.

Jacky graduated from the Georgia Tech Institute of Technology in 2017 with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering. An Atlanta native, he grew up in Roswell and enjoys hiking, traveling, and volunteering within his community.

Kevin Nguyen is a Telecom Engineer and IT Systems Integrator at NCR Corp. He has been working in the Telecom and IT field for about a decade. Outside of his technical career, he also diversifies his time into investment, R&D, and small business.

Kevin was born in Vietnam and grew up in America. He went to UNL and SPSU where he received his B.S. in Telecom Engineer Management and M.S. in Communication Systems. He believes in lifelong continuous improvement and takes every opportunity to learn something new and share it back.  Currently, he is consulting NAAAP in the digital marketing area helping connecting the people and the community through various digital channels. He is open to share his network and experience and would very much like to learn yours.
