PRESIDENT AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Allen Chen is a Vice President at Bank of America within the Co-Brand and Affinity Products Organization. Allen has over 13 years of experience in the Financial Services industry and currently manages the second largest Co-Brand/Affinity credit card portfolio at Bank of America. Outside of his day job at Bank of America, he manages a local chapter of an Asian-Focused Employee Resource Group and serves as a National Liaison for Bank of America to NAAAP. Allen is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, receiving his Bachelors in Business Administration.
As the current President and Chairman of the Board for NAAAP Atlanta, Allen firmly believes that NAAAP is the premier leadership organization of Asian American professionals. His vision is to bring the community together as a central voice to build upon the pillars in which are the foundation of NAAAP.

VP, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Christie Sithiphone is the Director of Programs for LEAD Atlanta, an intensive leadership development and community education program that aims to equip young professionals with the skills and the knowledge needed to be an effective leader committed to the common good. In this role, Christie is focused exclusively on planning LEAD Atlanta programs, facilitating the selections process and growing the LEAD Atlanta Alumni Association.
Outside of work, Christie is passionate about community service. In addition to her role as VP of Professional Development for NAAAP Atlanta, she serves as the Social and Cultural Chair for the Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals and is also a member of the Laotian American Society. When she’s not working or volunteering, Christie loves all things related to music, travel and food. As a self-proclaimed “Community Connector,” Christie enjoys making a positive impact in both business and social settings.
Christie attended the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and received her Bachelor of Science in Communications. Her hometown is Nashville, Tennessee.
VP, COMMUNITY RELATIONS
Bonnie Banks is Manager of Technical Services with Enterprise Information Solutions with McKesson. She has more than 21+ years of experience with McKesson, an organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions and providing capabilities extending beyond Healthcare IT. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Her professional certifications include McKesson Leadership School 2016, Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt, Graduate of Women in Technology Leadership program at Emory University of Continuing Education. Bonnie is currently on the board on many Employee Resource Groups as VP Community Relations, Director of Professional and Career Development and Vice President of Public Relations.
When Bonnie is away from work, she cares for her rescued animals – parrots and miniature dogs. She loves food, travel and considers herself a “Foodie” as well as a “Food Connoisseur”. She is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers at several organizations such as Atlanta Food Bank, DeKalb County Animal Shelter, Medshare, Red Cross, and Open Hands to name a few.
She wants to continue to give back and make an impact with her tenure as VP of Community Relations with NAAAP.
VP, CORPORATE RELATIONS
Kevin Cheng is an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America within the Commercial Banking Group. Kevin works with corporate clients with annual revenues between $50MM and $2B and offers them various products from credit, treasury, investment banking, to FX. In addition to his day job, Kevin is also the VP Finance of the Asian Leadership Network (ALN) at Bank of America. Kevin is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving his Bachelors in Business Administration.
As the VP of Corporate Relations, Kevin’s goal is to foster strong relationships with corporations in Atlanta and act as a conduit between NAAAP and the business community.
Joynce is a CPA and financial planner. She is passionate about helping clients, individuals as well as business owners, improve and protect their current and future cash flows by applying tax strategies and making good use of wealth management tools. She holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Accounting and has been in the financial industry for over 20 years.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching the Food Network, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jayme is a Senior Analytics Consultant for Intercontinental Hotels Group at their Americas headquarters in Atlanta, Ga. With more than 5,000 hotels and 744,000 guest rooms in nearly 100 countries around the world, IHG is a major leader in the hospitality industry with a strong portfolio of brands. Jayme graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in International Economy and Chinese Language in 2012. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his dogs and traveling all around the world.
He has been a part of NAAAP since 2012 and became actively involved in Marketing and Operations efforts for NAAAP since 2014. As VP Marketing of NAAAP, he aims to clearly communicate NAAAP Atlanta’s mission through website, newsletter, and other marketing efforts to members and non-members alike.
VP, NATIONAL LIAISON
Ashley Mack is the Billing Services Supervisor for Southern Company Gas at their headquarters in Atlanta, Ga. In this role, she manages a team of 8 individual contributors who account for nearly 1 billion in annual revenue, handling special billing for the enterprise, covering 7 utility gas operations.
Ashley graduated as an Executive Board Member of Tau Sigma National Honor Society from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business in 2009. She completed her Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting from Texas A&M University- Commerce in 2012.
Since September 2011, she has assisted on NAAAP’s Member Relations, Professional Development, and Marketing committees. In 2012, she represented NAAAP Atlanta on the Executive Board as VP of Member Relations. She now serves as the National Liaison for NAAAP Atlanta and since March 2015, held the position of National Director of Accounting and Finance at the NAAAP National level. She has also served as a Volunteer Services Coordinator for the American Red Cross and is a strong proponent and advocate of volunteerism and giving back to charitable organizations in the Atlanta community, most apparently through her partnerships with the Atlanta Community Food Bank, Project Open Hand, Global Paints for Charity, the Atlanta Two Day Walk for Breast Cancer, and Toys for Tots.
Director of Operations
Olivia is one of seven children in her family, born in the South Island of the Philippines, Cebu, which is known for its beautiful beaches. She learned democracy at a young age – with her mother being a business woman and father a notorious town’s Police Captain.
Olivia received her Bachelor in Science of Business Administration major in Management in 2006 and is currently working in the fastest growing Supply Chain Planning Software, OM Partners. Olivia also has over 25 years of various Professional Experience, both domestically and abroad, serving Technical and Vocational System in the Philippines; received her Paralegal Certification from the University of Georgia in 2015; and is currently striving to becoming a business owner.
Outside of her day to day responsibilities, Olivia serves as NAAAP Atlanta’s Director of Operations and participates in a multitude of other non-profit organizations. She enjoys teaching Folk Dance to children or adults in the Filipino Community and passionate about learning other dances around the world. She believes in setting trends in the community, from hairstyle to clothing – and enjoys collaborating with others as she believes we are all born with unique skills and talents; in which each individual has their purpose in life.
