Kim Tong is a Vice President at Bank of America within the Small Business Banking Group. Kim works with small business clients with annual revenues between $500M and $5MM and provides various cash flow solutions to align with the client’s business priorities and goals. Kim also serves on the Bank’s local Market Employee Engagement and Inclusion council, collaborating on ways to continuously improve employee experience.
In addition to her day job, Kim is a Senior Advisor for the Asian Leadership Network (ALN) Employee Network at Bank of America. A graduate of the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors of Marketing, Kim has also earned her Master’s in Business Administration. As President, Kim’s goal is to help her local communities with professional improvement while serving on several non-profit organizational boards such as NAAAP and ALN and giving more back to the community thru volunteering.

VP, Professional Development
Christie Sithiphone is the Vice President of Professional Development for NAAAP Atlanta. In this role, Christie plans and executes professional development workshops on relevant topics in collaboration with corporate sponsors. She oversees content creation, speaker selection and logistics for each workshop. Christie is a first-generation Laotian-American and is a daughter to refugees. Through her board role, she hopes to share the collective stories of peers and professionals in the Asian Pacific Islander community by creating brave spaces for everyone to be authentic.
In her day job, Christie is the Director of Programs & Communications for Leadership Atlanta. Christie oversees the LEAD Atlanta program, an intensive leadership development and community education program that aims to equip young professionals with the skills and the knowledge needed to be an effective leader committed to the common good. She also manages internal and external communications for the Leadership Atlanta organization.
Christie is passionate about community service. In addition to her role with NAAAP Atlanta, she is a member of the Urban League of Greater Atlanta Young Professionals (ULGA-YP) and is part of the Advisory Board for the Alliance Theatre. When she’s not working or volunteering, Christie loves all things related to music, travel and food. As a self-proclaimed “Community Connector,” Christie enjoys making a positive impact in both business and social settings. Christie attended The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and received her B.S. in Communications. Her hometown is Nashville, TN.
VP, Member Relations
Ruby Tang is a Sr. Government Services Account Manager for TEKsystems, the nation’s largest IT services and staffing provider supporting Fortune 500 Companies across the country. In this role, Ruby is focused on creating and executing strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients in federal/state government agencies.
Personally and professionally, Ruby is passionate about educating and impacting the minority community about social issues in Atlanta. Ruby serves as the Atlanta Multicultural Employee Resource Group lead for TEKsystems. She has also been an active member of NAAAP’s Atlanta chapter since 2012. Outside of work, Ruby enjoys concerts, local eateries and traveling. She is an Atlanta native, so if you need help getting around, she’s your go-to!
Ruby attended Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and minor in Hospitality Administration. As the VP of Member Relations, she hopes to grow and expand awareness within NAAAP and introduce new partners to the association.
VP, Operational Marketing
Nisha Nguyen is a Project Manager at Noble Systems, a worldwide leader in contact center solutions. In this role, she manages implementations to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
Nisha was raised in Nashville after she and her parents immigrated from Viet Nam when she was four years old. She received a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Auburn University and MBA from Georgia State University. In her spare time, Nisha enjoys traveling and experiencing various cultures and traditions. She also loves trying new foods and spending as much time as possible with friends and family.
As VP of Operational Marketing, Nisha hopes to raise awareness and strengthen NAAAP’s relationship with the Asian-American community in Atlanta.
VP, Community Relations
Passionate about data science, inclusion & diversity, and professional development, Anqi currently supports Talent Development & Engagement at the Enterprise Data Office at Truist Bank, the sixth largest commercial bank in the US. She leads University Partnership for the Data & Analytics organizations, manages an early career talent program, supports Learning & Development, and hosts an internal forum to celebrate teammates’ successes. Prior to this role, Anqi had a career in Quantitative Analytics at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, across Corporate Treasury, Corporate Investments, and Risk Management.
Outside of work, Anqi enjoys volunteering through mentoring & career coaching, advocating for STEM education, and promoting Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Anqi has been a member of NAAAP Atlanta since 2017 and most recently served as the VP Finance for NAAAP Atlanta in 2019. In her board position as the VP Community Relations, Anqi looks forward to continuing and expanding NAAAP Atlanta’s community presence in promoting our non-profits partners whose work supports the Atlanta Asian community.
Anqi graduated from Georgia Tech with a Masters in Computational Science & Engineering and obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University. She enjoys cooking and hosting potlucks where guests from all walks of life celebrate their similarities and differences over food.
VP, Corporate Relations
Jacky Cheng is a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Office Institutional Properties Group, responsible for analyzing real estate trends, operating financial models and preparing property valuations. Prior to CBRE, he was a Senior Analyst at SunTrust (now Truist) supporting the Commercial Real Estate Banking group, where he was responsible for financial modeling, credit analysis, loan structuring, and underwriting of debt originations including project and portfolio-level acquisition, construction, and bridge financing across office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and specialty asset types. While at SunTrust, he also co-chaired the Asian American employee resource group which consisted of over 350 members, spearheading professional and cultural programming, business development, and community partnership initiatives for the bank.
Outside of work, Jacky is the President of the Georgia Tech Atlanta Intown Alumni Network and a member of the Georgia Tech Young Alumni Council. He is a 2017 graduate of the United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Volunteer Involvement Program. As VP, Corporate Relations and National Liaison, Jacky plans to grow NAAAP Atlanta’s partnerships with corporate and local businesses and to explore new initiatives within the chapter to further advance the NAAAP vision and mission.
Jacky graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2017 with a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering. An Atlanta native, he grew up in Roswell and enjoys hiking, traveling, volunteering, and serving his community.

Tiffany Sithiphone is a Senior Analyst at Turner within the Turner Sports Data Strategy and Insights group. In this role Tiffany is focused on understanding how consumers interact with NBA Digital properties including NBA.com, the NBA App, and NBA League Pass.
Tiffany is passionate about diversity issues, especially as it relates to STEM. At Turner, she serves on the programming team for TurnerAsia. Outside of work, she is an active member of the National Society of Black Engineers where she currently serves on the Region III Advisory Board. When she is not analyzing data or volunteering, Tiffany enjoys traveling and exploring the city of Atlanta.
A Tennessee girl through and through, Tiffany was born and raised in Nashville and received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Minhchieu is a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Heatherland Homes.
A first-generation college grad, Minhchieu received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Georgia State University.
Lin (Leo) Guo
VP, Business Support & National Liaison
Lin Guo (Leo) is a Product Manager at Home Depot within the Supply Chain Development department. Leo has a strong data analytics background and is dedicated to building and refining algorithms optimizing Home Depot’s future distribution centers. In addition to his day job, Leo is the Community Outreach Lead of the Associate Resource Group at Home Depot, Pan-Asian Waves, and devoted to raise diversity and inclusion awareness by promoting Asian cultures inside Home Depot.
Leo graduated from University of Texas at Dallas with dual Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and Systems Engineering & Management, where he finished three years of research in lithium Ion battery modeling and testing. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University. Throughout his academic years and professional career, Leo has been working with various non-profit organizations to host different events and enjoyed helping others while enhancing his leadership skills. Outside work, Leo enjoys travelling, hiking, working out, exploring new restaurants and trying out food recipes.
As VP of Business Support and National Liaison, Leo would like to enhance the partnership between NAAAP Atlanta and NAAAP National while utilizing his experiences to better current business processes of the Atlanta chapter.
Hasan Iqbal is a Sr. Data Science Analyst for Truist Financial. In this role, Hasan uses a combination of technical skills, people skills, and industry knowledge to define and solve problems. Previously, Hasan lived in NYC and Philadelphia while holding financial and analytical roles for Barclays Investment Bank.
Born in Atlanta GA to first generation immigrant parents from Pakistan has given Hasan exposure to both American and Pakistani cultures and has shaped his views on diversity and inclusion. Hasan earned an MBA from the University of Delaware with a concentration in Business Analytics as well as a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgia State University. In his spare time, Hasan loves to play cricket, write, and try new foods.
As a NAAAP board member, Hasan wishes to create a more inclusive and just world. Similar to his own experience with two different cultures, Hasan wishes to pursue this goal by connecting people of different backgrounds and by showing how a diverse and inclusive world benefits everybody.
Allen Chen is a Senior Vice President within the Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization at Bank of America. In addition to driving Bank of America’s D&I story forward, Allen oversees the strategy and initiatives for the bank’s employee resource groups which represent over 160,000 members across 300 chapters around the world. Outside of Bank of America, Allen has been recognized by Georgia Asian Time’s Top 25 Most Influential Asian Americans in Georgia (2017 and 2019) and has received the Presidential Service Award for volunteerism (2016, 2017, and 2018). Allen is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, receiving his Bachelors in Business Administration.
As the President Emeritus for NAAAP Atlanta, Allen believes that NAAAP is the premier leadership organization of Asian American professionals. His vision is to continue to elevate NAAAP Atlanta’s vision of bringing the community together as a central voice and build upon the pillars in which are the foundation of NAAAP.
